I am open for help and/or suggestions. The skills and financing for a project like this lies within our Billion Dollar Black economy, and we have this wonderful communicating/organizing meadium, the Internet. I thought it would be a breeze. Am I crazy or ahead of my time?This Invention makes use of existing technologies and components. I will share the Two Page Narrative description with any professional or institution who will examine the idea for feasibility and practicallity, and whom will assure that my Intellectural Property rights will be proctected.Sometimes when I wath the Discovery Channel I see them coming closer and closer to A concept I registered with the Patent Office 30 years Ago.
